Extra Hot. You've been warned.

Real honey with a chili burn that doesn't wait around. Same honey, same squeeze bottle β€” the chili just got a promotion. For people who put hot sauce on hot sauce.

Sweet heat, with the brakes off

Our regular Hot Honey builds slow. This one arrives. Extra Hot Honey is real honey with crushed red chili and spices dialed past comfortable, still smooth and pourable, still built for the table. The sweetness is there β€” it just has company now.

What makes it different

Same real-honey, no-shortcuts base as our bestselling Hot Honey, with a lot more chili. It pours clean from the squeeze bottle, so you control how brave you're feeling. If the regular is your everyday drizzle, this is the one you reach for when dinner needs a dare.

✦ Small batch, made in Asheville, NC

✦ Avocado oil β€” never seed oils

Ways to use Extra Hot Honey

  • Fried chicken β€” the classic, turned up
  • Pizza β€” especially pepperoni, especially the last slice
  • Tacos and wings β€” where heat belongs anyway
  • Cheese β€” sharp cheddar and goat cheese hold their own against it
  • Cocktails β€” a spicy margarita or a hot honey old fashioned
  • Dares β€” straight off the spoon, if you insist

Hot vs. Extra Hot β€” which one?

Hot Honey is the crowd-pleaser: heat that shows up after the sweetness and works on everything, breakfast included. Extra Hot is for chili-heads β€” more burn, less patience.

FAQ

How much hotter is Extra Hot than regular Hot Honey?
Noticeably. Same honey base, considerably more chili, and the heat lands sooner and stays longer. If regular Hot Honey reads as pleasantly warm to you, this one will read as hot.

Is it still sweet?
Yes. It's honey first β€” the chili rides alongside rather than replacing it.

What's in it?
Honey, crushed red chili flakes, and spices. That's the whole list.

Why did it crystallize?
Real honey does that. Warm the bottle gently and it pours again.

Where is it made?
Small batches in Asheville, North Carolina. Woman-owned and founder-made.

Usage Suggestions
Drizzle over pizza, fried chicken, roasted vegetables, cheese, cocktails… or straight into your mouth.

Ingredients

Sabrina was raised in a wonderful, whimsical, and delightful homeβ€”and yes, her folks really are a magician and a chef.Β

While Sabrina’s first love is of photography, food has quickly taken 2nd place. She found that not only can she create and capture joy with her camera, but she has found a calling to create joy and magic also in the kitchen.

The Story…

Sabrina went to brunch at a restaurant in Los Angeles and fell in love with a special dish - Turkish Eggs.

She immediately went home and learned how to make this wonderful creation which included a special Chili Oil Condiment. This quickly became Sabrina’s new obsession and she started bottling it (with google eyes) and selling it to friends. Fast forward a few years later, Sabrina has over 10 flavorful creations including the OG Chili Oil, Spicy Honey Chili Crisp and more!

Spice Witch is so happy to call Asheville NC home and prides itself in connecting and contributing to the local community, supporting local famers when possible, and bringing joy and magic into your kitchen.
