I've had this same spatula for close to 20 years and it is my FAVORITE. I bought this one as a housewarming gift and the quality seems the same 2 decades later.
The flat end is awesome for breaking up ground meats in the pan, and for scraping the browned bits off the bottom. Great for flipping pancakes. Probably not a great match for teflon, but I love this in cast iron and on my anodized aluminum griddle. It even plays nice with All-Clad stainless.
