Ceilidh Shaffer was raised in Asheville, NC and currently works predominantly with pen and ink. The youngest of four children in an artistic family, expressing herself in a 2-D format was something she's been comfortable with for many years and she has become best known for her whimsical pen and ink illustrations. In her art, she uses whimsical illustrations to display the hidden quirky side of all people.
