The wires are set closer together than on traditional roasting racks, making this rack especially useful for holding smaller foods such as vegetables, fish fillets, bacon, or appetizers securely without slipping through. Its reinforced footed base provides extra strength, added stability, and even support during cooking.

This rack is versatile for roasting, broiling, and baking meats, seafood, and vegetables, and it can also be used as a cooling rack for cookies, cakes, and breads, or for reheating leftovers more evenly in the oven.

Made from heavyweight chrome-plated steel wire, it is sturdy, durable, and oven and broiler safe (up to 500-degrees Fahrenheit). Always place the rack in a roasting pan, cookie sheet, or baking sheet before use to protect cookware and countertops, as it is not intended for grills or direct flame.

To clean, hand wash in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly; a gentle brush may be used to remove baked-on bits. Avoid soaking for long periods, abrasive cleansers, cutting foods directly on the rack, or using metal tools.
