Bottled at the Source

Though not bottled directly on the farm, our olive oil is bottled less than 30 miles from the olive groves in Córdoba. This minimizes exposure to oxygen, which can spoil the delicate flavor of olive oil.

Casa Juan Marcos was born out of our deep love for Spain. After living in Spain for two years, we were captivated by the country’s vibrant culture, warm people, and incredible cuisine. When we returned to the United States in the year 2000, we knew we wanted to share these experiences with others, and that’s how the idea for Casa Juan Marcos came to life.

Our journey together began long before that, as high school sweethearts. After Mark’s 34-year career with a Fortune 500 company, we decided it was time for a new adventure. What started as a small olive oil business has since grown into something much bigger—a way to offer travelers the opportunity to explore Spain’s hidden gems through curated, immersive tours.

Our mission is simple: to bridge cultures by sharing the authentic Spain we fell in love with, whether that’s through our carefully crafted travel experiences or our premium Picual olive oil.
