What’s sorghum syrup?

Made from the sorghum plant, a gluten-free cereal grain, we call it the maple syrup of the South, but it has a distinctly darker, richer flavor than maple. Naturally rich in iron, calcium, and potassium, our sorghum syrup is slowly cooked in small batches at Muddy Pond Sorghum Mill in Tennessee.

Our freshly made nut butters have a best-by date of one year from production date.
