Our artisanal and gently sweet Batistini Farms Vanishing Grape White Balsamic Vinegar is handcrafted in Modena, Italy from a family estate recipe blending only grape such as Trebbiano, with a hint of a vintner's wine vinegar.
The clear grape must is not cooked but condensed so that it does not darken in the cooking process, and helps reserve the transparent golden hue colors from the grapes. Remarks: Harmonious balance of oak notes with an intense bittersweet taste.
HANDCRAFTED - Naturally Sweet - A complex blend of sweet, crisp and tart from Italian vineyard grapes, such as, Trebbiano. To reserve the transparency of the grapes, the must is condensed, not cooked like our dark balsamic vinegars, and it is finished with a hint of a vintner's vinegar from wine.
Bottled at less than 6% acidity.
