Crisp and cooling, with hints of jasmine. The delicate needles are sourced from the youngest part of the Camellia Sinensis plant. The buds are hand-picked, gently steamed and air-dried. Higher in antioxidants with medium levels of caffeine (depending on steep time and temp). Unique and rarely seen outside of China. Our tea comes direct from high elevation Rwandan mountains where the air is clean and the soil is pure.
Recommended serving size 1.5 grams. Steep @ 170 degrees for 3 minutes. The tea will be flavorful for 2-3 infusions. 1 tin contains 1.5 oz tea (about 17 servings if you only steep once).
For an incredible cold steep tea, use 2.25 grams per serving. Steep in the fridge for 4 hours.
