This paddle is the perfect size for sliding a pizza into or out of a screaming hot oven. Once out, it serves as the perfect surface to cut op that pizza into perfectly sized slices.
Pizza, however, is not the only thing it slides into and out of my oven. It worked to perfectly center cake pans, smallish baking dishes/pans, loaves of bread and anything else light weight in need of precise placement and delicate handling.
Once used, it is easily cleaned to be ready for the next time it’s needed. It stores perfectly suspended from a hook on the wall in my kitchen. Well worth the price.
