Extremely resistant to heat, our BBQ ceramic can reach 500°C/930°F. It heats as much as cast iron, but diffuses the heat more gently so the ingredients do not burn as quickly. Thanks to its solid surface, our BBQ products do not let the fat drip onto the hot embers, creating toxic fumes.

Great products, great service

I purchased an Emile Henry baking stone- only one I have ever found flexible enough to use for oven, BBQ or broiler, and high heat tolerant. Best part of the purchase, however, was the customer experience with Common Housefly! The price was great, and shipping cost reasonable. They shipped the stone with great care, and really expressed gracious thanks for my business. Small business with huge service!!
