Batistini Farms Luisella is handcrafted in Emilia Romagna with a coveted family recipe that leaves one guessing as to why this thick balsamic vinegar is priced to afford.
Handcrafting begins by cooking the must of grapes from Italian vineyards; an everyday heavenly balsamic with a hint of a vintner’s wine vinegar. A meld of rustic aged oak notes with bittersweet viscosity, and bottled below 5% acidity, to make it a favorite of chef's abroad. A perfect balance of fermentation in this smooth dark balsamic that might seem to pour a bit slower.
Uses: meat, salads, roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, Parmigiano-Reggiano
